If only Touré and Roland Martin took journalism as seriously as the NBA playoffs

MSNBC contributor Touré loves the New York Knicks. CNN’s Roland Martin is a Houston Rockets fan. Uh oh: one of these things is not like the other.
The two have been duking it out on Twitter for weeks and this morning, fur went flying as they clawed and howled at each other 140 characters at a time.
.@rolandsmartin Shouldn't you be off somewhere planning yet another NBA Draft Lottery Party? Or an anti-Beckham rally?

.@rolandsmartin is an IBS achiever. (IBS meaning I BullShit. What you thought it meant?)
— Touré (@Toure) May 4, 2012
.@rolandsmartin The Knicks may be playoff losers but the Rockets are can't-make-playoffs losers. They're lame like a North Korean rocket.
— Touré (@Toure) May 4, 2012
Martin responded:
@Toure still sucking your thumb over your Knicks setting that @nba record for most consecutive playoff losses, huh? One for the books!
— rolandsmartin (@rolandsmartin) May 4, 2012
@ARTacrobat That's what poor @toure has. He can't accept the reality that his Knicks have stunk up the joint for 11 years. Pray for him. 🙂
— rolandsmartin (@rolandsmartin) May 4, 2012
seriously @Toure. Get some new cracks. You're recycling. Much like Isiah Thomas as GM of the Knicks. Now try to recycle a playoff victory!
— rolandsmartin (@rolandsmartin) May 4, 2012
Since Tyson picked up his NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award last night, will @Toure present the Knicks consecutive loss trophy Sat?
— rolandsmartin (@rolandsmartin) May 4, 2012
OK. Time to get ready for @tvonetv #washingtonwatch. This week's Biggest Damn Lie: @toure thinking his Knicks would win a playoff game!
— rolandsmartin (@rolandsmartin) May 4, 2012
Dear God, "I've never witnessed my dad celebrate a Knicks playoff win. Can you make it happen before I go to college?" Signed, @toure's son.
