In Just 3 Months, She Made An Amazing Transformation To Feel Better About Her Body

Lots of people don’t feel comfortable in their own skin.

It’s true that people can be healthy at any size, but when Seana Forbes looked in the mirror, she knew she was not healthy. She’d spent her four years in college eating junk food and not exercising, and she wasn’t happy with the way her body responded. Forbes decided to cut out carbs, processed food, and alcohol, and she took on a high-intensity workout routine.

Amazingly, she filmed much of her transformation, including the hard parts. At first her workouts look painful, but after three short months, she reached her goal.
