Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday concocted an interesting metaphor to take a jab at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav at a rally on Wednesday. Referring to the symbol of Akhilesh’s party – the Mulayam Singh Yadav-led Samajwadi party – the Congress Vice-President said, "The cycle’s tire is already punctured. Yesterday, Akhilesh Yadav ji threw the wheel out."
