Colorado sheriff says he won’t enforce ‘unenforceable’ new gun grab laws

Weld County Sheriff John Cooke told Greta Van Susteren tonight that he imagines Gov. John Hickenlooper isn’t happy with him now that he’s announced he won’t enforce any of Colorado’s “unenforceable” new gun laws, which the governor will sign tomorrow morning.

Cooke was among 30 sheriffs who testified before the state legislature against the gun control measures. They were unable to persuade the representatives, but Cooke has won admirers for his stand.
